​​Why is my migration status stuck in "Queued"​?

​Answer:​​

​Our development team is investigating a problem that is affecting our Australia and European BitTitan data centers.  If your migration project is configured to use these data centers, and your migration has a status of "Queued" for more than 30 minutes, perform these steps:

  • Select all mailboxes​ that are currently running, and click the Pause button, located on the toolbar.
  • Wait for all mailboxes to reach a status of "Paused".
  •  In project's Advanced Options, change the Preferred BitTitan Data Center to United States.
  • Restart the migration for all affected mailboxes.
