Why is my SalesAutomation campaign not showing in the Call Dashboard?

​​Why is my new campaign not showing in the Call Dashboard?

Answer:

To see the campaign in the Call Dashboard, you must be assigned to the campaign as an Agent.

To verify that you are an assigned Agent:
  1. On the left side of your SalesAutomation page, click on Campaigns.
  2. Click on the name of the campaign that you are not able to see in the Dashboard.
  3. Make sure your name appears under Assigned Agents.
 
If your name is not listed, follow these steps to add yourself to the campaign:
  1. Pause the campaign by clicking on the Pause Campaign button.
  2. Click Edit Campaign.
  3. In the section titled Agents, select your name and click Assign.
  4. Save Campaign.
  5. Reactivate Campaign.
  6. Click Call Dashboard to verify that the new campaign is now showing in the campaign list.
