What is the process for requesting new features?
When a customer has a suggestion for a new feature, they should send their request as a support ticket, directly to email@example.com. The Support Team will forward the request to the appropriate Developer Team for review and consideration. After the request has been forwarded to the Developer Team, the Support Team will then close the ticket as resolved, because implementation of any suggested new features does not have a specific time frame and is out of scope for Support.
