What email address needs to be white-listed for DeploymentPro (legacy)?

What email address needs to be white-listed for DeploymentPro (legacy)?

Answer:

In some cases, company email spam filters will block email from BitTitan. If that is the case, this can be addressed by white-listing the following email address: bittitansupport@bittitan.com.

If the DeploymentPro agent is being installed via email, then in the case of the MigrationWiz account being timhuff@bpostech.com, the header of the email will look similar to this:

Note: The same email address, bittitansupport@bittitan.com, needs to be white-listed when exporting statistics to CSV in MigrationWiz. You may need to adjust additional settings for the statistics email because it contains .zip files.
