The migration can't be satisfied.
This error occurs when the MigrationWiz scheduler detects that a combination of Advanced Options can never be satisfied. This is due to a combination of Tags, Version, and Preferred BitTitan Data Center.
Review the Advanced Options you have set in your project, and confirm that they are appropriate for your submission.
If using a private MigrationWiz environment, this error may mean that the environment is out of capacity.
