Projects are service activities that you perform, using MSPComplete or MigrationWiz, on behalf of your customers. Note that projects are services, but not all services are projects. Common examples of projects are workload migrations, such as mailbox or document migrations, and premigration assessments, such as HealthCheck for Office 365. An example of a service that is not a project would be Add a New Permission Level to a SharePoint Group.
The Projects page in MSPComplete displays a list of all the projects that you are currently performing or have performed for a particular customer across all BitTitan products and services. You can sort, filter, and search for projects to quickly find the specific project you’re looking for without having to scroll through the entire list on this page. You can also view the status of all the customer’s projects at a glance. To access any of the projects, click the project name in the list.

For some of your customers, you might be managing large numbers of projects. Being able to sort and filter those projects based on various criteria and run quick searches for specific projects will make your job easier.
To open the
Projects page, complete these steps:
Tip: To the left of each option in the
Sort menu are two arrows. Click the top arrow to set an ascending sort order (A, B, C,…) or the bottom arrow to choose a descending order (Z, Y, X,…).
To find a specific customer in the list on the Projects page, type part or all of the customer name in the
Search Customers field.
Clicking a project under Name in the list on the Projects page takes you to the source page for the project, where you can view detailed information and perform actions for the project.
For example, if the project is a mail, document, folder, or archive migration, the project link takes you to the appropriate location in MigrationWiz. There you can view the complete project information and perform actions related to the project. Similarly, the link for a HealthCheck project goes to the service module for that specific service in the Device Management section of MSPComplete.
