Once you have installed the Agent on your Linux machine, you may experience connection errors. You will know you have a connection issue if the target computers do not appear on the HealthCheck for Azure dashboard that lists available computers.
To troubleshoot this problem, check first whether the Agent is able to access the Internet:
Check that the computer is able to send and receive traffic on the Cloudamize servers over ports 80 and 443 by running one of the following Curl command:
When the screen goes blank,
type the escape characters, CTRL + ], and at the prompt, type status.
If the connection is
successful, you'll receive the message Connected
Curl: curl -v 18.104.22.168:443.
If unable to connect using either command, check and confirm that your network firewall allows traffic to IP address 22.214.171.124 on port 443.
