​​​How do I view the Device Management Agent status for users and computers?​

Answ​er:​

Agent status tells you if a DMA agent is online or offline for a user’s computer(s).

To view Device Management Agent status for users and computers:

  1. On the navigation sidebar, click on All Customers.
  2. Click on the customer name for which you wish to view Device Management.
    • To view agent status at the user level, click on Users.

      strike.pngThe user’s device(s) are offline.

      Note: The agent status for users is an aggregate status of the user’s devices. For example, if the user has more than one device, and one of those devices is offline, then the agent status for the user is offline. If all of the user’s devices are online, then the agent status for the user is online.
    • To view agent status at the computer level, click Computers.
