​How do I set up a document migration project in MSPComplete?

Answer:

To set up a document migration project, complete the following steps in MSPComplete:

  1. From the left navigation menu, click on All Products.
  2. From the list of products, click on Document Migration.
  3. From the top navigation menu, click on Create Project.
  4. Click on Create a document project.

  5. Enter a name for the project, select the customer, and click on Next step.
  6. Select the Source endpoint, and click on Next step.
  7. Select the Destination endpoint, and click on Save and go to summary.

    Note: In some cases, you may be required to enter user credentials for the Source and/or Destination endpoints.
  8. Click on Save Project.

Next, you will have to add items to your migration project.
