​How do I create a group in MSPComplete?

Answer:

 

Note:  Do not confuse the MSPComplete group with the Ac​​tive Directory user groups that are imported using endpoints.

To create a group in MSPComplete:

  1. On the navigation sidebar, click on All Customers, and locate the customer for which you wish to create a group. Alternatively, you may locate and click on the customer in the Recent Customers link on the navigation sidebar.
  2. On the horizontal menu bar, select Groups.
  3. Click on the Add a Group button. This opens the Add a Group form.
  4. Enter the group name (required).
  5. Click on Save.​
