BitTitan HealthCheck for Office 365 is a service module in MSPComplete that assesses customer computers for compatibility with Office 365, using the information gathered by the Device Management Agent (DMA) installed on the computers. Each computer’s operating system version, processor, memory, disk space, network bandwidth, web browser version, and installed Office client version is assessed for compatibility with Office 365 and its clients and web applications.

Note: If the DMA client or gateway has not been installed on customer computers, the HealthCheck for Office 365 assessment is blank and does not provide computer compatibility information. Read the Introduction to Device Management article for more information about Device Management.
