Error: Failed to retrieve Exchange Online server name

​What does the DeploymentPro error: "ERROR: Failed to retrieve Exchange Online server name" mean?

Answer:

When DeploymentPro tries to create a new Outlook profile, it uses the admin credentials you provided in your MigrationWiz project to query Exchange Online for the server name of that mailbox.

If you get the error that you failed to retrieve the Exchange Online server name, verify that the admin credentials you provided in your MigrationWiz project are correct and have Global Administrator privileges in Office 365.
