On the Computers Page, you can view your customer’s computer information collected by the Device Management Agent (DMA) clients and gateways.

Your customer’s computer information is displayed on the customer’s Computers page.
Complete these steps to view your customer’s computers:
This information is displayed for each computer:
The name of the computer.
The length of time that has elapsed since the computer last transmitted information to MSPComplete.

The status of DMA on the computer.
You can perform these actions on the Computers Page:
View Computer Details
Click a computer name to view detailed information for that computer.

Uninstall the Device Management Agent
Add a check mark next to a computer, and then click
Uninstall the Device Management Agent to uninstall the agent from the selected computer.

Sort, and then click
Computer Name to sort the list of computers in descending or ascending alphabetical order.
Enter a keyword into the search box and press enter to find computers with a specific keyword.
After DMA is installed and running, it transmits the device or resource information back to MSPComplete. Information like the computer’s operating system, processor, memory, and disk space is displayed in the computer details pane.
