​[AUTHORIZATIONFAILED] Account is blocked. Log in to your account via a web browser to verify your identity.

Resolution:

This error occurs when you’re attempting to migrate to or from a Hotmail/Windows Live/Outlook.com account with MigrationWIz for the first time. These migrations must use the user credentials in the line item. However, the password must be the user account App Password generated from the user account.
 
To generate an app password, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the account.
2. Select View Account under the profile menu at the top right.
3. Select Security and Privacy.
4. Select More Security Settings.
5. Select Create a new app password.
6. Record this password for use.
7. Click Done​.
